Where do you deliver?
- Currently we only send orders to physical street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.Unfortunately, we don't deliver to PO Boxes or the following US Territories: Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands.
- We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Am I able to change my delivery date?
- Once the order is submitted, you are not able to change the deliver date.
Am I able to change my payment information after the order has been submitted?
- No you are not able to.
Why my payment was rejected?
- There's definitely a few reasons why this may happen. Please verify all of your card details have been entered correctly as well as the billing address.
How can a request a custom order for an event?
- Yes you can! Just email email@example.com with the quanity, product type,type of event and when the order is needed by. Custom orders require 2 week processing time.
What about exchanges, returns & refunds?
- Intimate Alchemy does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products offered for sale.
Why No Returns or Exchanges You Ask?
- Due to all products being handcrafted, we do not offer returns on any products that have been sent out. We do not want to receive a product that has been tainted and send it out for resale to another customer. Each restock, there are a certain number of products offered. If we were to entertain returns or exchanges due to production costs, we would incur a 20% additional cost which would then have to be passed on to you, our customer. We'd rather not do that. Instead we ask that you make sure that the product that you choose is what you want and will use.
What about if I receive a damaged package?
- While we take great pride in our packing and shipping process, things happen. If you receive your package and your product(s) are damaged, we'll send you a replacement product or refund you for the products that have been damaged.
- In order to get the refund or exchange, a photo of the product should be taken immediately and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. The defective or damaged product must be returned with the original packaging within 14 days. Once received, we will issue your refund or replace your product(s).
For the Detoxifying Salt Soaks, how much do I use?
- In order to get the maximum benefit of a dead sea salt bath, we recommend using 2 scoops of our soaks. Each bath soak is sent with a complimentary scoop.
How often should I take a dead sea salt bath?
- We'll leave that up to you and what your aim is for using our bath soaks. There's no such thing as too many baths!
How often should I use the energy polish?
- At minimum, the energy polish should be used once a week to cleanse your energy field, exfoliate your skin and nourish your skiin.
