We want you satisfied
Due to all products being handcrafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products that have been sent out. Each restock, there are a certain number of products offered. If we were to entertain returns or exchanges due to production costs, we would incur a 20% additional cost which would then have to be passed on to you, our customer. We'd rather not do that. Instead we ask that you make sure that the product that you choose is what you want and will use.
- While we take great pride in our packing and shipping process, things happen. If you receive your package and your product(s) are damaged, we'll send you a replacement product or refund you for the products that have been damaged.
- In order to get the refund or replacement, a photo of the product should be taken immediately within 72 hours and sent to email@example.com with your order number. Once received, we will issue your refund in the form of a store credit or replace your product(s).
